How much does shipping cost?

When will my order be sent?

We aim to ship your item 1–2 business days after we receive payment for your order.

In case of any unforeseen delay, we’ll contact you immediately.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Calculate your delivery date anywhere in the world with Australia Post – pick postcode 4306 as the ‘From’ location.

Please note: Neon Kidz is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume seasons.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from Neon Kidz to confirm that your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Neon Kidz with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk, bulk or promotions mailboxes. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please email us at hello@neonkidz.com.au with your Order Number to check the status of your order.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post, and once it arrives into your country will be handed over to your local postal service. Please note that any additional penalty, customs duties or other relevant taxes imposed by the destination authorities will have to be paid by the person receiving it.

Shipping times will vary depending on location and Covid-19 disruptions.
